General Information

  1. Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  2. Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to all classes
  3. Bring a light covering towel and mat. Thick high quality mats, suitable for pilates and yoga are available for purchase
  4. It is advisable not to eat for at least 2 hours before classes, especially for yoga
  5. Any missed classes can be made up in the same weeks if space permits (pilates)
  6. To gain the maximum benefit from the course, students are advised to try to attend all sessions and practice at home between sessions
