General Information
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to all classes
- Bring a light covering towel and mat. Thick high quality mats, suitable for pilates and yoga are available for purchase
- It is advisable not to eat for at least 2 hours before classes, especially for yoga
- Any missed classes can be made up in the same weeks if space permits (pilates)
- To gain the maximum benefit from the course, students are advised to try to attend all sessions and practice at home between sessions
